Frequently asked questions
What should I have ready before we talk? Nothing is required to start a conversation. It helps if you have the property address, whether the property is held by an estate or a trust, a copy of the Letters or the trust instrument if you have one, and the name of the attorney if counsel is already involved.
Can you work with our attorney? Yes, and we prefer to. We take direction on authority, notice, and filings from counsel for the estate, and we keep the listing and the transaction documents aligned with what the attorney needs to present.
Do you list properties outside San Diego County? Yes, throughout California. Where a property is outside our direct service area we will say so and discuss whether a cooperating broker or a referral better serves the matter.
Do you represent buyers? No. We are exclusively a listing brokerage and represent sellers, trustees, and fiduciaries only.
